Vorteig mit Milch und Hefe (eventuell ein bisschen Zucker zugeben) im Mehlkrater erstellen. Alle Zutaten vermengen und den Teig gehen lassen, bis das Volumen sich verdoppelt hat. Teig auswellen und auf dem Blech mit etwas Rand auslegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Belag alle Zutaten vermengen und die gesamte Masse auf dem mit dem Hefeteig ausgelegten Blech ausgie\u00dfen.
